Barrow-on-Humber telephone exchange is in Wold Road, Barrow-upon-Humber DN19 7BT.
It came into service in 1973 to replace a UAX to the rear of the site.

Barrow-on-Humber former ATE
The former Barrow-on-Humber telephone exchange is in Simpson Close, Barrow-upon-Humber DN19 7BL.
It came into service in the late 1930s as a UAX13.
It closed in 1973 and is now a private house.

Immingham ATE
Immingham telephone exchange is in Pelham Road, Immingham DN40 1QD.
It came into service on 5 August 1967 when it replaced the Immingham UAX13 and the South Humberside mobile relief exchange.
Its telephone codes include 01469-55 and 01469-57.
Its former dialling code was 046 92.

Immingham former ATE
The former Immingham telephone exchange is at 54 Pelham Road, Immingham DN40 1AB.
It came into service in the early 1940s as a UAX13 to replace a manual exchange (the first Immingham exchange having been opened by the National Telephone Company on 9 November 1908, serving 12 subscribers). It closed on 5 August 1967 when it was replaced by the current exchange. It was latterly a beauty salon, which has since closed.
Its dialling code was 046 92.

Killingholme ATE
Killingholme telephone exchange is situated in Church End, East Halton, Immingham DN40 3NX.
It came into service in 1976 to replace a UAX on the opposite side of East Halton Road.
Its telephone codes include 01469-54.
Its former dialling code was 0469.

Killingholme former ATE
The former Killingholme telephone exchange is opposite the current exchange in East Halton Road, Church End, Immingham DN40 3NX.
The first exchange (pictured here and since demolished) came into service in the mid-1930s as a UAX12. A later exchange building immediately to its north closed in 1976 and is now a private house.
Its dialling code was 046 94.

Roxton ATE
Roxton telephone exchange is in Yarborough Road, Keelby, Grimsby DN41 8HP.
It came into service in November 1978 when lines became Roxton 60*** numbers. It replaced an earlier UAX housed in a timber building adjacent to the current exchange. The first exchange building, which housed a UAX12 opened in the late 1930s, is also on the site.
Its telephone codes include 01469-56 and 01469-6.
The dialling code of the former exchange was 046 96.

Roxton former ATE
The former Roxton telephone exchange is adjacent to the current exchange in Yarborough Road, Keelby, Grimsby DN41 8HP.
The photo shows the first exchange building in the forefront which opened in the 1930’s and housed a UAX12. It was subsequently replaced by a timber building to the rear.
The dialling code of the former exchange was 046 96.

South Humberside former Relief Exchange
South Humberside telephone exchange was a Mobile relief unit (MAX 13), probably sited at Immingham exchange.
It came into service in September 1965 and ceased operation on 5 August 1967.
It doesn’t appear to have had an STD dialling code.

Wootton ATE
Wootton telephone exchange is in Ulceby Road, Wootton DN39 6SE.
The first exchange here came into service as a UAX12 in the late 1930s. The exchange was converted from Strowger to System X digital working in 1991.
Its telephone code is 01469-58.
Its former dialling code was 046 95.
