Installed on the first floor with an auto manual board on the second, it came into service on 28 September 1926 to replace a manual exchange at 87 New Square.
Chesterfield Manual Exchange
The former Chesterfield manual exchange was located at 87 New Square, Chesterfield S40 1AH.
It came into service about 1902 and closed on 28 September 1926 after which it was bought by the borough council. It is now flats.
