If you have ask us a specific question, we will endeavour to reply to you, providing we are able to offer you an adequate answer. If you have any photographs or information on telephone exchanges, both in use or disused or anything else related to this site then please send it to us by attaching the file. Any pictures or literature that we can use will be gratefully received. Ideally the photograph should be taken in landscape mode and in a 4:3 ratio. Please submit files in jpg, png or pdf format.

On occasions, particularly with former exchanges, we provide a link to Google Maps when we don’t have a photo. However, we are always keen to have an actual photo, even if it as an older one, to use instead.

To report any issue with the BT/Openreach infrastructure, telephone exchange buildings etc. please contact British Telecom to report the issue.

If you are experiencing a fault with your telephone or broadband line, in the first instance, please contact your service provider.
