Boston Spa former ATE
The former Boston Spa telephone exchange is in High Street, Boston Spa, Wetherby LS23 6BH.
It came into service on 27 September 1938 as a UAX7 with 185 lines.
It is now a library.
Its former dialling code was 093 784.

Collingham Bridge ATE
Collingham Bridge telephone exchange is in Alban Close, Bardsey, Leeds LS17 9BL.
The first Collingham Bridge exchange opened ‘in a gardener’s house’ around 1914, according to the Yorkshire Post, which reported in 1919 that the GPO threatened to replace it with a rural party line when the gardener’s wife resigned as caretaker operator. The nine subscribers offered to pay a higher rent and the exchange, possibly at a new site, was retained.
The exchange was built in 1962 and opened on the current site around 1963.
Its telephone code is 01937-57.

Spofforth ATE
Spofforth telephone exchange is in Church Lane, Spofforth, Harrogate HG3 1AF.
The first ATE here, to the right of the site, came into service in the early 1930s as an RAX5, replacing a rural party line from Wetherby exchange.
Its telephone code is 01937-59.
Its former dialling code was 093 782.

Tadcaster ATE
Tadcaster telephone exchange is in Station Road, Tadcaster LS24 9SG.
It came into service in the 1970s to replace the former ATE in Westfield Crescent, lines becoming Tadcaster 83**** numbers.
Its telephone code includes 01937-53 and 01937-83.
Its former dialling code was 0937.

Tadcaster former ATE
The former Tadcaster telephone exchange is located in Westfield Crescent, Tadcaster LS24 9TE.
It came into service as a UAX14 in the 1940s, replacing a manual exchange in the post office. It closed in the 1970s and is now a Royal Mail delivery office.

Tadcaster former Manual Exchange
Tadcaster’s manual exchange was in Westgate, Tadcaster (now LS24 9JB).
It was housed in the former post office, which opened in 1910, and replaced the town’s first manual exchange in Bridge Street.
The exchange closed at automation in the 1940s. The post office closed in 2016.

Wetherby telephone exchange is in North Street, Wetherby LS22 6NN.
It came into service in the late 1950s to replace a manual exchange.
Its telephone code includes 01937-546 and 01937-58.
